American Surety Company is authorized to execute New York bail bonds. ASC-USI has posting agents in Rochester and in the Five Boroughs of New York City. Posting New York bail bonds can be a very slow process in New York. When requesting a transfer bond in this state be sure inform your clients of the lengthy posting time.
Statutory Rates (Premium must be charged in accordance with ASC-USI filed rates for this state.)
Premium Rate: 10% of the first $3,000, 8% from $3001 - $10000, 6% above $10000
Minimum Premium: $10
Federal Rate: 10% of the first $3,000, 8% from $3001 - $10000, 6% above $10000
